The Verde Natural Resource Conservation District maintains an office at 285 East Highway 260 in Camp Verde, Arizona. The main office is located in the U.S. Forest Service Fire Management Center directly across Highway 260 from the Verde Ranger District Offices (567-4121).
Here's how to drive to the Verde NRCD Office:
Drivie East out of Downtown Camp Verde on Highway 260. Cross the Verde River on the "White Bridge". Take the first right (less than one-quarter mile) past the bridge onto Quarterhorse Lane. Cross the right-of-way cattle guard and make an IMMEDIATE left-hand turn onto a gravel lane leading to the USFS Fire Management Complex.
The building which houses the Verde NRCD sits just inside the highway right-of-way fence. It is the first building on the right side of the highway after you have crossed the bridge (not counting a series of picnic ramadas).
