Chairman:Jay Wilkinson

Jay is a lifelong cattle rancher whose spread is mostly private property along Granite Creek outside of Prescott. He is active in Scouting and the county, state and national Cattleman's groups. He urges "one and all" to get involved in shaping the future of the Verde watershed natural resource management policies and practices. He is in his second term as Chairman.

Vice-Chairperson:Tom O'Halleran

Tom grew up in the Windy City where he worked to protect and serve the Chicago population as a police officer. He eventually became a member of the Chicago Board of Trade and worked in the frenzied T-Bond pit trading commodity futures contracts. He is a resident of the Village of Oak Creek. Currently, Tom serves as Administrative Assistance for Yavapai County Supervisor Chip Davis.

Secretary-Treasuer: Tom Bonomo

Tom is the Verde District Ranger in the Prescott National Forest. He has been involved in Verde River management activities since the early 1980's. An avid outdoorsman, Tom has been credited with providing more public access to the Verde River. He helps coordinate Forest Service activities that involve Verde watershed resources.

Coordinator:

John Parsons

John has paddled Southwestern rivers since 1979 and has been active in the Verde River resource management scene since 1980. John was born in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, and graduated from Purdue. He is a former newspaper owner and publisher. He has been a member of the Verde NRCD Board since 1989 and is the District's Conservation Education Center Director.
